I was under weight by American standards due to overwork in 2010....I skipped lunch about 1/2 the time.

Started at 185 and went to 215. Being 6'5", I suppose that 215 looks better on me. Sure...about ten pounds of it is fat. I'd diet for a couple weeks if headed for the beach.

Wasn't that hard:

Worked out every other day...alternating between legs and upper body.

Plenty of protein.

Creatine about 1/2 hour before the work out. Got this advice from DrummerBoy....thanks, seems to help.

Muscles probably boost the confidence. I know danged well that they help...a lot. Women are every bit as superficial as men are. But men can more easily compensate with other factors.

Nevertheless...I'll pull the standard disclaimer here. I did it for me.

Considering staying at it for a couple more months and hitting the beach. See if I can still pull some exotic tail. OK, amend that to horny tail. Not that promiscuous really with STD's and pregnancies and such. But it is 'nice' to have an attractive woman throw themselves. At your crotch.

Oh hell...seems like half of the women that I see smile at me. Been that way for a few years really. I figure they are just being friendly.

You can tack on the size if you want to...

The problem for the past few weeks is this: dry mouth while sleeping. If I drink enough water to prevent this, I have to go the restroom about 4 times/night. Bad for sleep.

Underweight for you is 155 lbs. or less. Anyway, I have to balance water intake with waking up to pee at night. If I go for a 5 mile or more run in 90+ degrees I have to drink water throughout the day to make sure I don't get dehydrated. What I do is make a cutoff of 2 hours before I sleep and within the hour before that cutoff I drink 3-5 glasses of water. My body will make sure it's hydrated well enough until the morning but it will have enough time to get rid of most of the extra water before I sleep. I usually still have to pee once a night, but at least it's not 4-5 times. There might be other things contributing to your dry mouth though as it usually takes at least moderate dehyrdation for me to get it.

I think my bones and organs probably weigh 120, I have a large frame. I would be a bag of bones at 155.

My theory on the dry mouth, a recent problem, is that building muscles takes a lot of water. I also believe that muscular growth largely occurs in our sleep.

Good idea on the 2 hour cutoff, I really should have thought of that.

Another joke post? Are you the same dude who figured you'd be benching 400 lbs. in a few weeks if your improvement curve continued?
Anyway, let me put on my trainer hat and say, as a caution in case you're serious (which I highly doubt) that 30 lbs. is far too much weight to lose safely--or any other way--in two months.
Soo...Adonis: what's your next feet? Maybe to run some sprints with Ussain Bolt and then swim the English Channel with Mike Phelps?

You have a significant problem with reading comprehension.

I do this as well, I generally do not drink after 8pm....but drink plenty during the day, and make sure you hydrate extensively before, while and during workout if you workout intensely enough to lose alot of sweat.

I also have dry mouth alot and am often dehydrated. I have been tested though and am perfectly healthy, I just assume it is do to my heavy workouts/sweat loss and metabolism. I weigh about 115lbs and drink 12-15 glasses liquid daily so don't listen to the 8 glasses a day rule, try to drink as much as possible (just not too late lol).
