I'm looking forward to a McCain Presidency. Win the war, no new taxes, spending cuts, etc. Plus, he has the best record of working across the aisle (unity, bi-partisan).

-Likely reinstitution of the draft
-Economic depression that will make the 1930s look like the 1990s

Can our country afford this? Will the Democratic congress give this madman the power to do as he pleases as they have done Bush?
Let me get this right, Democrats would lower oil prices? Gas prices? Reduce national debt by making MORE entitlement programs? I believe Hilliary is supporting a war with Iran. It seems to me that you think Democrats are going to "cut" spending more than McCain... weird since its well known that Hilliary and Obama would RAISE spending with their health care plan then McCain by what?... TEN FOLD... Can we afford democrats? Don't get me wrong, I hate McCain to, I strongly disagree with his foreign policy... I don't like any of the candidates left... it seems we are between the proverbial rock and a hard place...

Yes raising taxes seems to be the theme of the Dems.
Although I do not know where the money is going to come from. Foreclosures, gas prices, food prices, and no spending for the wants.... means people have less x-tra money already.
So how are the people going to pay for more taxes???????
McCain is the beat choice for our country right now. He does understand the financial trouble we are in. The other 2 do not!

Of course we can! Some of us conservatives need to shut up, and get behind him because he's our republican nominee, and I for one wouldn't even think about voting for Clinton or Obama.

I'm a conservative first, a Republican second. I will never vote for McCain.

We could survive with McCain....he seems somewhat honest and reasoned. But why would we want to "survive" with him, when we could "thrive" with Hillary?

Okay, then. Whatever floats your boat. I am too, but I still will be voting in the general election come November, and I don't see any viable third party candidate in the waiting, so I'm going for McCain.

Only the very wealthy corporate business owners that outsource jobs to other countries will thrive under Hillary and of course the illegals!

The solution is simple. DON'T ELECT HIM! There will be another choice and either will be better than McCain. It has finally been admitted we are in the worst economy we have seen in a long time. 4 more years of bush policies are outrageous.

Production of crude in Iraq is below 900,000 barrels daily. before the invasion it was at 1.5M + it needs to be at 3.0M for prices to stabilize some.

The simple facts are oil is a limited resource and we are increasing the amount consumed daily. If we don't find other sources oil energy... water, wind, solar, geothermal, we will be in trouble. If we don;t choose a president that will take care of the environment while they chart a course away from crude oil we will be in bad shape in the years to come. Look at what bush has brought in his 8 years. and this is only looking at one point.
Do you feel safer now than you did 8 years ago?
Do you have more or less concern for the economy now or 8 years ago?
Has your income increased as much as the price of gas?
They claim inflation is only 2.5%... how much are you paying for food? mine increased way more than 2.5%. 1/2 gal milk is $3 eggs are 1.80/dz thats not 2.5%.... others say thats an average so other things dropped... my question...What?
So can you really afford 4 more years of bush or do you just don't want to admit you made a horrible mistake?
Don't make the same mistake the next election.
