What a great morning!! Well, headed out soon for the dreaded Mamo appointment, but got up at 6:30 and it was 65 outside!! Got to watch the sun come up with a nice cup of coffee. Course, it's going to be 100 today but at least we had a moment of beauty to start the day. I'll take it.
Time-Warner Cable and CBS reached an agreement yesterday and I now have access to CBS and Showtime again. What do you want to bet that I won't see a lower bill for August? Nah, that would be the right thing to do for the customers with Showtime. So, it won't happen. Instead, we will all have to pay for a month of Showtime and CBS when we did not have access to it.
I really don't watch CBS all that often but "Survivor" is soon going to start and I was getting anxious and angry. I don't handle those two moods well.

Is this a big deal? Nope. I'm just venting.
Vent away! It would irritate me to no end! It's worth a call to try and get a discount. We have u verse and loose connection every once in awhile because the cables are so old but I call and bi*tch and
they give me credit for the time my service was out for both cable and phone since it's all bundled. I hate paying for something I'm not getting.
I had read about that impasse and wondered how Time-Warner subscribers could stand it. I'd be furious. Comcast took over Time-Warner in the Houston area years ago and, although many people complain about Comcast, I like it a lot for the triple play (cable, internet and phone service).
My doctor's been nagging at me to get a mammo for the past 10+ years. Do they still hurt as much as they used to, Camper?
No, not near as much and they are so quick. 10 minutes total. That included undressing and dressing. had to do one side twice. It's just kills me because for the Fibromylgia.
Just do it.
