The assyrian Church of the East in New Britain it’s near Allen Street. So it isn’t behind the new brite plaza. I am half Assyrian from my dad and grew up going there a few times. A lot of Assyrian moved to the burbs or left to Turlock or Medesto, California or Chicago. I heard there was a little over 1,000 Assyrians in New Britain until the early 90s. I remembered family moving in the mid 90s in droves and it was sad.

I found Manchester is becoming diverse. You noticed a lot of ethnic restaurants in Manchester.

There's a very strong possibility Bloomfield may be the only one (under 30K that is)

For contrast here are the 4 Majors and Mids(The Fab Five)

Hartford - 36% white
New Haven 43%
Waterbury - 59%
Stamford - 49%

Fairfield - 92%
Norwalk - 70%
Milford - 93%
West Hartford - 79%
Greenwich - 73%

It's a white state folks, white as white can be. Ghostly white
Lol well that’s probably including Hispanic-white and Connecticut has some of the highest percentage of Italians/Sicilians and that’s not the whitest.

Windsor is a quiet success story. It is a diverse town with a high median income - $96,080 (vs $83,572 for CT), a low poverty rate - 4.5% (vs 10.1% for CT), a lower median housing cost -$229,600 (vs $286,700 for CT), and a solid business base. The town has many community events and excellent support services. It's a great place to live.

Other (housing estimates) for 2022: https://data.census.gov/table?q=Stam...SDP5Y2021.DP05 if you compare the years one thing that strikes is how Bridgeport’s Mexican population went from 8,400 to 7,300 between 2020 and 2021 5 year estimates, strange.
I believe with the Mexican economy improving with Mexican president AMLO, it's no surprise that Mexicans in Bridgeport and all of CT are leaving. I expect this trend to continue as it's just not worth the risk as a Mexican immigrant to stay in America, especially with these hard economic times and the declining value of the dollar.

It's just best to leave to leave the country and go to another one where the colleges are free in comparison to America, and the healthcare, while not the best, is at least affordable. America is a Ponzi scheme waiting to fall and it would be imprudent for undocumented Mexican immigrants to stay and hope that the Biden administration will give them amnesty, especially when Cuban, Venezuelan, and Nicaraguan immigrants are trying to come to this country as political asylum seekers while Mexicans are really economic immigrants and that's not enough to keep a majority of them in this country for amnesty.
