Basically my niece has a dell inspiron 15 windows 8 laptop and she went to restore her laptop and it went to preparing autonatic repair and it shuts off then turns back on saying the same automatic repair message.... ive tried pressing f12 and all the combinations of keys to get to the windows recovery menu and nada.... ive tried taking out the battery to no avail im not sure what else to try.
