I guess this is a good time to start a Banks thread as we're starting to see final renderings, tenants, and working 2 and 3 stories above street level.

Yeah I saw that video posted up on 700s website yesterday, I can really see things coming together! It's going to be awesome! This has just been a wasted void for so long, its hard for me to even grasp how cool it will be. This is some serious stuff going on, and I think it's going to be incredible. Then there's the streetcar plans, lots of revitalization going on in OTR, etc etc...exciting times for sure.

This is a seperate project from the Cincinnati Riverfront Park, right? If not, I found a great video today that I would like to post. This park will be a great addition to "Cincinnati's front yard."
