If you have a chance take an uber or cab over to Manny's for a corned beef or pastrami sandwich.

Emma's Bagel Cafe (formerly Bagel Country) in Skokie, IL. That is, if you don't mind trekking out all the way there. It serves mostly bagels, obviously, but also salads and sandwiches. It's kosher dairy; all "meat" products are soy, due to Jewish dietary laws.

You can get there by Yellow Line, then a short ride on bus 97. Warning: it's closed early on Fridays and all day on Saturdays.

Yellow Line runs from Howard to Skokie. In your case, you would get on the Red Line at Lake, ride all the way north to Howard (last stop), then transfer to the Yellow Line, and ride it to Skokie (also last stop). Once there, get on bus 97. You're looking for a 1-hour trip in total, plus waiting times when transferring. Expect to see a crazy person or two on L trains, although most are simply a nuisance.

The Blue Line runs from O'Hare, through downtown, and out to Forest Park. You will most only see only the O'Hare portion of it. You can transfer between the Red and Blue Lines at a few stations downtown.

All in all, it's kind of a long trip out to Skokie, so take it only if you're really craving Jewish deli food and/or want a cheap of tour of Chicago's backyards and non-touristy areas. Otherwise, you're better off driving or Uber'ing. Especially if you'll be going from O'Hare to Skokie; there are no direct buses running between these two areas.
Learn more here: CTA Trip Planners, Transit Directions

For a point of reference, lines named after colors are CTA L lines, and lines named after railroads are Metra commuter lines.

As some have mentioned, I'm guessing Skokie will be your best bet to find a kosher deli, so you may want to start there for your online search. Assuming you find one in Skokie, coming from OHare, you'd take the Blue Line to the "Clark and Lake" stop, then transfer to the pink line and take the Pink Line for one stop to "State and Lake." Then exit and follow signs to transfer to the Red Line subway (underground). Then take the Red Line north all the way to Howard (last stop on the Red Line), and the transfer to the Yellow Line, which only goes to Skokie. This is a longer way to get there, but the most direct way I know of for someone taking public transportation and not familiar with the city.

Skokie is northeast from O'Hare towards Lake Michigan, although it's not on the lake itself. The trouble with the L system is that you'd need to go all the way to downtown in order to transfer onto a Red Line or Purple Line Express (only runs during the week) to get to back north to Howard where you'd transfer to the Yellow Line. This would be a trek if coming from O'Hare, and even still a trek if coming from downtown. I don't take the Metra system enough (Chicago's commuter rail lines) to know if there's a Metra train that might be simpler from downtown.

While not a deli, there is Milt's BBQ in Boystown. It's kosher BBQ, so no pork. It might be an interesting place to checkout.

Do you need a legit Kosher deli, or just a Kosher style one? If you are looking for Kosher style there are more options, but most will be in the Northern Suburbs. I am a native to this area, and I think our delis are okay, but not the best. Ironically, the best deli I have ever had was in California. I wish we had killer delis here, but we really don't. I think even some of the New York delis are overrated, such as the Carnegie Deli. Manny's has great corned beef if you don't keep Kosher.
