When I saw the murders in englewood in the year 1991 I was so astonished. It wasn't the worst I've seen so it last it's not as bad as it can get. Hunts point, bronx 41st precint in the 1970s blew englewood away. So believe it or not that's good news. Is englewood getting any better???

IN regards to back then? Sure, but that's not saying much...still a dangerous neighborhood, unfortunately.

I'm not familiar with the *overall* crime statistics for this year. Homicides are down this year overall in town, and yes I'm going to relate that to the weather. Not saying much though. It's still not a neighborhood I'd choose to go to very often. Have been there and I know of one good restaurant there, but yeah...still a dangerous neighborhood for sure.

Sometimes that's all a bad neighborhood needs. New York has a lot of police presence and it seemed to have done them good compared to what they were years and years ago.
