I just moved to Bolingbrook and I'm looking for a dentist in the area. Does anyone who lives in the area have any recommendations of good ones?

Of the 24 people who looked at this apparently none of them go to the dentist? Just one recommendation even?

I am in the process of finding a new dentist also. We live in Naperville and we were going to Naperville Dental Specialists downtown but I will not go back there. Too many issues that I don't really want to go into detail about but mostly they are too big for their own good.

I recently visited/interviewed First Dental on Gartner in Naperville and they sound really good. I have not gone yet but will soon as my oldest daughter is due for a checkup. Sorry that I don't have much more to add.....but I would be interested to see what other people opinions are also.

Check out Grove Dental by the new Portillo's complex (Rt. 53/Boughton). I've never been to them, but it would appear they have a very solid practice because of the fact of how they were able to expand.

I know nothing about Grove Dental in particular but in moving around the country I've seen many dentists who "sell" you on procedures you don't need, i.e. fillings for non-existent cavities, bridgework before the teeth need it, etc. It would not be wise to pick a dentist based solely on the fact that they are prosperous enough to afford a new office. They might just be good salesmen.

I haven't lived here long enough to add a recommendation to this thread.
