Good Afternoon City Data Peeps,
We have just moved away from the Gulf Coast of Florida due to the oil spill. Currently we are located in NE Alabama - staying with family while we search for our new home.
We are looking for either a rental or a lease option purchase within 15-20 minutes of Chattanooga. We would love to have a place with a screened porch. Acreage would be fantastic but not a deal breaker.

Still looking for a place. Would love to find a rental under $1000 in the Northshore area. We can provide excellent references and will treat a rental with loving care as if we owned it. We took such great care of our last rental (8 years) and were such great neighbors that we had people offering us a home to live in for free. However, as attractive as that was, we just couldn't stay at the beach --- the oil was causing health issues.
