working on Stuart Andrew Blvd. in Charlotte. That's what my husband is looking at doing starting next week. He is a newbie in Charlotte. Would love to hear shortcuts, ideas, or anything that may help that commute. Which by the way, we'd love to have an idea of how long it will be. He'd be leaving at about 7 am and leaving at 4.
at 7 it starts to get iffy my husband leaves by 6:30 at the latest, to avoid the traffic from waxhaw, 4 would be okay to come home, later than that you run into to the huge traffic until maybe 7ish (meaning leaving at 7)
Does your husband go into SW Charlotte? If so, about how long does it take him to get there when he leaves by 6:30? Also, how long a drive should he expect coming home if he left by 4?
My husband works not too far from Carowinds (if that helps) and he said he is door to door in 25 minutes(before 6:30 he takes the expressway in but he has been known to go backraods was well in the morning), coming home at 4 he said its about 40 minutes, and he takes the backroads (which is through South Carolina)
