Any tips and suggestions for a day visit in the Springtime 2022?
Short hikes? Places to eat? Lighthouse hours? Sights? Whales? Elk? Weather/fog?
Was planning to go from the northern most extent to but not including stinson (as explored there before unless some specific new recommendation).

I would recommend a couple of treks at Point Reyes. There's the Limantour Beach hike. Limantour Beach is a south-facing beach on a sand spit that stretches four miles between Drakes Bay and the Limantour Estero esturary.

Another hike would be to Bass Lake along the Palomarin and Coast Trails. The trailhead accessed a few miles northwest of Bolinas and the hike is about a good six miles roundtrip.

Here is one restaurant to consider while in the Pt Reyes area. I would also suggest spending a bit of time exploring, on foot, the small town of Pt Reyes Station.

Grab something here to take with you to snack on later on

Regarding the lighthouse, before making the decision to drive out the the lighthouse, you can stop in at the Pt Reyes Visitor's Center and ask how the weather is at the Lighthouse....hopefully it will be sunny and not overcast & windy
As to what beach or hiking trail to choose.......lot of choices and I am not sure where to begin

There are also some restaurants in Inverness as well, which are closer to much of the hiking.

Look them up. Read their menus. See what appeals to you.

The town of Pt Reyes Station would be my choice to look for a place to have a meal......although Inverness is closer to where you will be hiking......we are only talking about approx 5 miles

here is another choice:

You can get something to go here at Pt Reyes Station: https://www.californiabeaches.com/wp...44-933x700.jpg

Beaches with easy access are Drakes Beach, Limantour Beach, North Beach, South Beach........on the other hand, if you are up a bit of a hike.......there is Wildcat Beach.....about a 5 mile hike from the Palomarin trailhead (access from a road in Bolinas) Alamere waterfall is located at the south end of that rather long beach.

After our Limantour Beach hike, a group of us dined at Tony's Seafood Restaurant in Marshall along Tomales Bay. Another notable eatery in Marshall is the Hog Island Oyster Company.
