Even when not in a recession, BMW's always been weak in selling $100K+ commuter cars...that's more Mercedes AMG and Bentley mass-volume sales markets....

Irony is that in real-world use the AMG S65 (a 600+hp V12 biturbo) gets 1-2 MPG more than the AMG S63 (~520hp V8)....

And, in SiliconValley, one often sees new S65s casually parked in various office parking lots...what recession???
