Rembembering Bryan....

Our friend Bryan, 38 years old, walked into the presence of Jesus yesterday. He had been battling stomach cancer which was diagnosed only about 6 weeks ago.
Bryan was a full-time worship leader at his church and a true worshipper. Such a precious person with a pure heart. He was hospitalized last week and just 4 days ago his wife said he asked the director of nursing if there were any patients he could go and pray for. He was trying to minister to others till the very end. We spent a wonderful time just last Saturday at his home worshipping with him and his wife and his parents. He played the keyboard and my husband played viola. His wife had said it was the first time in 2 or 3 weeks that he had been able to play the keys and worship. It was truly awesome and probably his last time to worship like that.
I just have to believe in cases like this that God has a plan that we can't be privy to this side of heaven. The scripture says, "Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of His Godly ones...." NASB Psalm 116:15.
Bryan also had a website which provided live daily worship. It's wonderful if anyone would like to check it out.

Kaykay thanks so much for sharing the faith of Bryan. with us..I too believe that here are things of God that we are not knowing of simply because of our humaness, but perhaps we become privy to the things of God and are allowed to pass them on just before we cross the threshold..A wonderful gift you received from Bryan in sharing what appears to be his last formal worship with his "gift'' of music ministry.
