And Maybe Another good sign?

Sun City Summerlin is a somewhat differentiated neighborhood so good news there may be pretty local. So lets take a look at the remainder of 89134. That is basically the original Summerlin operation with the other segments coming later. Our chart covers just over 1850 sales since 2003.

We get a very similar picture to Sun City. Starts lower, peaks a little higher and later but shows some stability of the last few months.

Contrast either of this with Mountain's Edge which showed an acceleration decrease in price.

Have to add a Silverstone or 89131 to the set. See if we now have two kinds of neighborhoods...one stabilizing the other diving down harder.
