Romans 2:11 For God does not show favoritism.
Romans 3
22 This righteousness is given through faith in Jesus Christ to all who believe. There is no difference between Jew and Gentile, 23 for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, 24 and all are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus.
Romans 5
6 You see, at just the right time, when we were still powerless, Christ died for the ungodly. 7 Very rarely will anyone die for a righteous person, though for a good person someone might possibly dare to die. 8 But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

9 If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved. 11 As Scripture says, “Anyone who believes in him will never be put to shame.” 12 For there is no difference between Jew and Gentile—the same Lord is Lord of all and richly blesses all who call on him, 13 for, “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”

Romans 11
1 I ask then: Did God reject his people? By no means!

7 What then? What the people of Israel sought so earnestly they did not obtain. The elect among them did, but the others were hardened

11 Again I ask: Did they stumble so as to fall beyond recovery? Not at all!

15 For if their rejection brought reconciliation to the world, what will their acceptance be but life from the dead? 16 If the part of the dough offered as firstfruits is holy, then the whole batch is holy; if the root is holy, so are the branches.

22 Consider therefore the kindness and sternness of God: sternness to those who fell, but kindness to you, provided that you continue in his kindness. Otherwise, you also will be cut off. 23 And if they do not persist in unbelief, they will be grafted in, for God is able to graft them in again. 24 After all, if you were cut out of an olive tree that is wild by nature, and contrary to nature were grafted into a cultivated olive tree, how much more readily will these, the natural branches, be grafted into their own olive tree!
This is an amazing passage. In verse 16 we see the whole batch is holy, not just the firstfruits. If the root is holy, so are the branches.
Yet some of the branches are broken off so the wild olive can be grafted in... yet the branches can be grafted back in again. God can do it!

25 I do not want you to be ignorant of this mystery, brothers and sisters, so that you may not be conceited: Israel has experienced a hardening in part until the full number of the Gentiles has come in, 26 and in this way all Israel will be saved.

30 Just as you who were at one time disobedient to God have now received mercy as a result of their disobedience, 31 so they too have now become disobedient in order that they too may now receive mercy as a result of God’s mercy to you. 32 For God has bound everyone over to disobedience so that he may have mercy on them all.
Romans 12:2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
Be perfect as your Father in Heaven is perfect by fulfilling the command to LOVE (Matt 5)!
Romans 13:9 ... Therefore love is the fulfillment of the law.
Romasn 14:10 You, then, why do you judge your brother or sister? Or why do you treat them with contempt? For we will all stand before God’s judgment seat. 11 It is written:
“‘As surely as I live,’ says the Lord,
‘every knee will bow before me;
every tongue will acknowledge God.’”
This is just a summary of some of the key points. I encourage you to go and read all of Romans with an open mind for understanding.
The plan is outlined in detail. And so all Israel will be saved, but not before the fullness of the gentiles come in! The plan is for all to be saved; all will be made righteous, just as all were made sinners. God has bound all over to disobedience so that He may have mercy on all.
There is a process at work here, and an order. The first shall be last and the last shall be first. The firstfruits of the harvest - the sons of God - is not the end of the harvest. It is the firstfruits that will release the entire creation from its bondage to decay.
Its actually good news, but God has concealed this plan in plain sight. Why does He hide this plan? So that each in their own order can be humbled and come to a knowledge of the truth.
