I wish I was able to respond sooner. Fernwood terrace is an option if you want Garden city schools....However your children will be outcasts in the Garden City school district. E.G. they will have to attend the NPH pool instead of Garden City pool. Both the Garden city and Sewanaka kids will harass them.
