the day before.
Names change days stay the same.
The same old rhythm the same old rhyme the same old shoes the same old dime.
Time for a change, oh no not that, where am I going to find a brand new hat.
Change is scary it can leave scars, everything changes, even the stars.
The old is out the new is in until it all recycles around again.
History is made with daily changes, different days that rarely stay the same.

Not bad for an amateur and quite appropriate for the feelings of many today. Others are in shock and others are in denial.
I imagine many are going to be going through the multiple steps of grief for the next moments of time or three.
It was a historic time in this our
United States of America and time will tell if change is going to happen or if things will stay the same overall.
I have no opinion to share since I believe politics is a very personal choice.
So, the Crocheted Cauldron has expanded with more yarn and more projects being worked on which is dependant of the room I happen to be in at the moment of crochet.
I found a shawl pattern that is lovely and I found a pattern that can become anything you want it to be with little counting or planning.
My recovery from the stroke is still ongoing, we all miss Walter more than we can describe in words, my medication has been making me sick recently and I am ready to take a road trip and spend some days with family.
We hope all is well in your world, our congratulations to those who are celebrating and our sympathy to those who are not.
Do you like Payday Candy Bars?
Do you have more than one pair of house slippers?
Are your bed linens more than 3 years old?
Do you like Hot Tamales?
Can you keep a secret?
Did you ever really count how many licks it takes to get to the center of a Tootsie Roll Pop?
We wish you restful sleep and peaceful dreams when it comes time for you to wander your timbers of slumber.

I am happy to see you are still active in your blog. I want to know why there are 24 views but nobody bothers to comment!!!???
Did you ever check with any local churches to see if they have a group such as a "Prayer Shawl Ministry" or do knitting/crocheting for preemies, the homeless, nursing home/rehab residents, etc? I envy you because I do not know how to knit or crochet. I also don't play a musical instrument (dropped out of violin lessons in 4th grade, I was lazy and hated to practice, now I regret it), I don't speak a second language, I can't sing, paint, etc. But I have been blessed in other ways, ways that I used to hate about myself. Now I am thankful every day for my talent(s).
Do you like Payday Candy Bars? my favorite of all commercial candy bars
Do you have more than one pair of house slippers? yes, when one goes in the wash I wear the other pair
Are your bed linens more than 3 years old? yes, but all are like new as I have 3 sets for winter and 2 for summer
Do you like Hot Tamales? No, but a female corrections officer, when I worked at a prison in Michigan, loved them. I gifted her a full tin of them when I left.
Can you keep a secret? yes I can.
Did you ever really count how many licks it takes to get to the center of a Tootsie Roll Pop? No. Too time consuming. I ONLY eat the red (cherry) ones.Posted 12-02-2016 at 12:22 AM by Lodestar 77
