I went on the interview this morning at the printing company. The interview went well. This afternoon I received a phone call from one of the interviewers, they want me to come in for a second interview next Wednesday. This will be an interview with the owners and during that interview they will discuss compensation and benefits. I am going to ask for my minimum of $15 an hour. We will see how it goes. At least this company seems to work much faster than the other companies I have interviewed with.
But, I do have the exact experience they are looking for, so I shouldn't be surprised they want me in for a second interview. I find once you work in the printing industry you become one of the "family" and they are more apt to hire you. It's weird.
