Crumbs...better than nothing

I received a phone call yesterday afternoon for a Customer Service Representative job I applied to a few days ago. I will call them back this morning.
I have a phone interview at 9:30 am for another CSR job, it is with the young cell phone girl. Should be fun...but not really because I am getting rather blase about interviews now, seeing as I have never heard back from any of the interviews I have had in the past two months. Why should I get worked up over nothing?
Anyway, I may have some more crumbs coming my way. Yesterday I was out of town at the brewery that I do database/graphic contract work and the owner said he wanted me to look into and give him a price on a quality control database. I have already designed a full-service POS/Inventory database for the brewery and it is working great! [knock on wood]
Of what I have seen out there among other microbreweries, my customer designed POS/Inventory database kicks ass! I will pat myself on the back. I think I did a really good job, even though out in the real world the chance of me getting any database position is less than zero as I don't have a computer science degree, I am not a 20 year old male, and I don't know how to program in 75 different languages, and I don't hold a VISA.
I also received my $100 payment for generating the monthly sales reports for the brewery. More crumbs, but it is better than no crumbs.
