Sunday ~~ April 10, 2016 ~~ I wish I may ~~ I wish I might ~~

See Suze get drenched this night. And before you start thinking what a terrible person I am let me explain. Suze is our youngest cat, Suze is also our fastest cat and our indoor/outdoor girl, until we moved back home. She hasn't been able to go outside because I don't want her to run away and I had the stroke and she can't go into the basement because we do not have it secured completely yet. So when I let Walter out in the torrential rain that he needed to go out into so he could pp Suze made a run for the door. I should have let her go out and get drenched but it has been lightening and thunder and I was afraid she would get startled and bolt the opposite direction of the door.

In other weekend events I have completely trashed most of the rooms in our home, felt like crap and stayed in bed most of the day today but still managed to cook pork chops and pork steaks. I also have the air conditioner running, I am drinking tea instead of coffee and I had vanilla bean ice cream with chocolate and butterscotch syrup on it for supper. Sounds like a fun weekend huh?
Let's not forget productive.....LOL

My goal for this week is to get the basement sorting and items to donate by Thursday and as long as I feel decent I will be able to reach this goal. Then I have to finish the upstairs which is actually almost done and all the excess items will be out of our home, there will be a place for everything and everything will be in it's place and I will be so happy about that.

Then I can concentrate on all of the paperwork I need to sort, shred and scan and get that done. Then I start weeding through the 10,000+ photos I have everywhere and get them dealt with properly.

The paperwork and photos I have to do myself so after the rest of the stuff is done I can have the woman who is helping me start coming once a week to help me maintain what we have done.

So my thoughts have been pretty random recently and my dreams have been different yet they remain the same. I'm not sure how that happens but it does and it seems to make my dreams complex but they are not complex at all. It all ends up being one big
complex literal paradoxal metaphor. Try and figure that one out. I surrendered for now so my dreams and I are having a truce at the moment.

I am anxious to get these things done so I can get back to crochet, other crafts and quilting. Then those things can be completed, all of the stash I have can be used and more containers, drawers and shelves will be emptied which is always a good thing.

Rum is red, the sky is blue, every moment I am loving you. No matter how near or far I am always proud to tell everyone that
*we are*.

Cute huh? More random thoughts that happen to rhyme, moments that happen from time to time. *see how I did that again*?

So I'm sure you all have more important things in your life to tend to than sitting here reading a bunch of random thoughts and mindless dribble that falls out of my brain and into my fingers. I hope everyone is well, things are going as you wish and you have a great week.

A few more thoughts to ponder before you go if you choose to ponder before you go...

Do you use ice in your drinks all the time?
Do you get lemon in water at a restaurant?
Does your basement leak?
Do you like pink cotton candy or blue cotton candy?
How much change do you think you could find in different parts of your home?

As usual I wish you restful sleep and peaceful dreams when it comes time for you to wander your timbers of slumber.

I am happy to read your "random thoughts." Also to read that you are making progress in your organization. I am settled but not unpacked myself after 2 1/2 years in my new home. Boxes in the garage, I open then close right away. If they never get unpacked, oh well.

I don't understand if Suze went out into the rain or not........If she did, did she come back?

Do you use ice in your drinks all the time? No
Do you get lemon in water at a restaurant? No
Does your basement leak? When I had one, no
Do you like pink cotton candy or blue cotton candy? Neither, I don't eat it.
How much change do you think you could find in different parts of your home? None, I keep track of every penny. Although I do have a big glass water jug 1/3 full of change, does that count?

Suze did not get out, I caught her in mid air jumping off of the steps headed to the open door and I tossed her back into the house. Bugger is heavier than I thought....LOL
