Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness

What does this phrase mean to you, do you understand your rights as a citizen of the United States of America and it's relationship to this phrase?


The Declaration of Independence is the foundation on which our Constitution was built upon, and we find these words penned by Thomas Jefferson that reflect the views and ideals of the citizens of the country.


We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, ........”




So what are your “unalienable Rights” these are the rights endowed to you by Your Creator (no matter how you view this Creator), these rights are unalienable, meaning they can not be removed from you by any man or government. These “unalienable rights” were endowed to you by your creator, this statement makes you a Sovereign citizen of the United States. When one views the ideas of a “sovereign” it means, You are a free agent and with that comes accountability and responsibility, you are responsible for your actions and your thoughts.
As sovereign citizens of the United States we came together to institute a form of government, we called this government a Constitutional Republic. We gave limited power to this form of government, and instituted within it the ability to to coin money, to regulate international and interstate traffic of goods and services, to better provide for a common defense of our nation from foreign encroachment and to secure the ability of the people to govern themselves and to protect their private land and property.


We have seen in the course of 230 years our rights as Sovereign citizens erode to such an extent that we no longer have a government that is held responsible to its citizens but citizens that are held responsible to the government. We have given freely our rights as Sovereign citizens to a government, that under the false idea of protecting your freedoms, wishes to enslave you the its influences and thereby stripping you of your rights, and just like cattle to the slaughter we follow willingly.


Peoples, it is high time that we as citizens of this country take back that in which we have freely given away. You don't do this by rebellion, you do this by understanding the laws in which you as citizens have the right to exercise. Chief Justice Warren Burger is quoted to have said, "If you don't know what your rights are you don't have any"; it's true.


Land issues are one aspect of governments abuse of your rights, the constitution forbids the government from owning lands. The government gets around this by “holding it in public trust” which means that at some point it has to be released from this trust by the will of the people, however, that time will never come because “people are responsible to the government”. Again, learn what your rights are when securing land, one way of securing your land from government abuse is that of a Land Patient. This is the only form of ownership that will hold up in the Supreme Courts, it has be tested and it works.
