Should College general education required be eliminated to save time and money?

Seriously? Wow nice comeback. There are some classes that are good and help but some that are required are just ridiculous. For example if my major is business there is no point in being forced to take a theatre or astronomy class. That is what is stupid about it. Classes like math, history and English are more useful for all majors. College should cut down on the pointless general Ed classes.
