Wow! What a crazy game!! Chiefs choke a huge lead, despite Luck of the Colts throwing 3 interceptions!
Saints and Eagles: Another down to the wire game!! Granted that wasn't the outcome I was hoping for, but none the less, fierce competition!
Bengals and Chargers, what a shame. I thought Bengals would have brought more game. Dalton had three turn overs which gave great field position for a lack luster Charger offense.
Whhhooooooooo!! Packer/49ers: 49ers break the tie at the horn 23-20. Great back and forth game under miserable conditions!!
This opening week of playoffs has been one of the best in years IMO.
IND/NE I suspect the savvy veteran Tom Brady will guide his team to yet another playoff victory, even without the gronk
SD/DEN Peyton Manning is at the top of his game. I don't think the Chargers O can keep up.
SF/CAR Tough call here. I am partial to Carolina, but the 49ers are tenacious and super charged right now. I'm glad this is a home game for us, I think we need every advantage to win.
NO/SEA Saints have been squeaking by the last few weeks. Brees is a master at the quick pass, but won't be able to conquer the 12th man. Seattle will likely destroy them!
On Jan 7th, 1996, my daughter was less than 24 hours old. The mother and I are watching the SF/GB game at the hospital while she is recovering. 49ers, who I was rooting for were getting crushed. Steve Young threw another interception. The intended receiver chased the interceptor for a second, (instead of tackling), and I yelled to the TV, "What are you doing?! Grabbing his butt?!". Twenty seconds later, a nurse and security guard burst into her room! It surprised us!! They thought I was yelling at the Mom and were here to put me back in line. I was embarrassed that my voice was loud enough to cause that reaction and apologized. My soon to be wife was laughing so hard, it started to pull her sutures. HAHAHA That was a good day!
