What is the best Internet Provider in Raleigh?

I was reading folks in Europe have 100-200 mb/s service. The biggest problem with our TWC internet seems to be upload speed.

I did manage to make them give me a discount for the first 6 months. After that, I will have to pay 55$!!!! I think it's a way tooooo much! It's insane!!!!
Yeah, I lived in Europe, they have awesome offers: internet, cable, video games, home phone (with unlimited local, long distance and toward the US, just amazing). I noticed here in the US, the phone and internet offers suck!!!!! It's so so expensive, it's ridiculous!!!! I'm still not used to it after 6 years in the states! lol
