Add a little, take a little

Few weeks since I posted, and my weight has been flip flopping, went down to 350.5, then back up to 358...(been bummed about that one, for sure), then back again...
Went to my sleep test last night.
They had me on a 'temurpedic bed', (what ever that means??), and I slept like a baby!!
Though, I wouldnt have it at home, cause its hard to get out of, (almost like an air mattress, or maybe it is, I dont really know anything about mattresses, except if they are a good sleep or not).
The Technician said I had periods of where I stopped breathing, so she upped the pressure on the CPAP, (Continuious Positive Air Pressure Machine), and that stopped my 'incidents'. Sure wish my Wife would use hers, but, she refuses to do so, and if she dies on me, I will be mad all the time that I have to spend with out her!! She has a lot of times where she stops breathing, and starts up again, but NOOOOOOO she wont use the blasted thing, cause it loosens on her face and shoots air up into her eyes...(Uh, arent you stupposed to be sleeping???).
I use mine everyday, (cant sleep very well with out it, Im used to having it on me all the time), so, its going to be interesting to see how this works on mine, when they turn it up!
My Son is on Chapter 4 of his Science Fiction Book. He only writes on Friday and Saturday, then, prints it out, and takes it to his buddies, who are co-arthoring it with him, (basically, giving him ideas he can put in the book, but, he is doing the 'grunt work'). Its a good thing he knows his English, so he can write this thing out...(everyone has the idea they can write a book, but, few can really do it, and he is one of those who can). I look forward to reading each page he writes, when he is done, and I critique him on what is possible or not plausible in the 'real world'. (Like stabbing a knife through a deck plate, just aint gonna happen!!).
Hopefully, he should be done with it by the end of the year, and then, the submitting process will begin, once he has had it copywrited. I told him that 'he' has to get it copywrited, and not his buddies, because if they do it, then he cant continue the story line, because its pagurism then... (stealing someone else's work, even though, he actually wrote it!). So, unless they can all get on the copywrite, then it has to fall under his name only.
OK, Wife wants to gve me a shower and wash all this gunk off my head, (came home and crashed on my chair, I was exhauseted today,-->Day after my exercise session).
