This blog is basically to chart my progress in trying to lose weight...

This is a Record of my daily events including my family when appropriate for my other family members to see if they choose to.

This is my legacy, for my family to read after I am dead and burried. So, any thing on here is meant for them only and if it offends anyone, my apologies, but, its not meant for you and them

Chow for now...

May the LORD Bless all who see this.

I wish you well...

Brenda and Dave showed up last night, after they had a busy day, going here and there and everywhere it seems like.

They went to get some vegetables, when they arrived, then, went to see her Sister who is recuperating at Trinity East, (This was a funny part, Dave has a carry permit, and had his 45 in a holster, and completely forgot about it, and walked into the hospital to see Brenda's Sister. It wasnt long, before thee sucurity guards came to the room, and asked Brenda "Where is that MAN you were with"??? Both Brenda and her Sister was shakened up by that one!, but, she said "over there". Now, Dave, sitting in a chair, said "Here I am", and the Guy in Charged asked him if he had a guy, and, Dave said, "Yea, I completely forgot about it", and apologiesed. They followed him out to the Truck and he put it away, locked the truck, then, everyone went abou thier own business. Brenda was 'sure' that he was going to be met by the Steubenville Police or Sherriff when he got out of the building, but, none arrrived).

They next went to McConnels Farm, where Brenda had ordered a lot of meat, (She ordered over the phone, so she didnt know 'how much' volume the meat would take, and only had a small cooler in which to pack it in. Fortunately, my Wife has several coolers and gave them one of them, so they can pack the meat and put ice on it... We dont have a place to get 'dry ice' anymore, since the Ice Plant shut down, and Dave told me the Wal Mart in North Carolina 'sells' dry ice! I told him, that nothing like that is sold locally anymore now.

Next, they went to get my Daughter's Cousin from 'up River' of us, about 40 miles, so the Granddaughter would have some one to hang around with, and, they havent seen thier Grandaughter for a year now.

They also had to go to Moon Township,(just outside of Pittsburgh), to get thier U-Haul.
And, Dave disconnected it from his truck, in order to come to our place, and left it at the Hotel, unattended, whoa!

Since he had a terrible time getting the U-Haul Trailer off his Truck, I gave him a 20 ton bottle jack, I used to keep in my camper. I told him I dont know if it works, cause I had it in the RV over 5 years, sitting in the cold. (I had forgotten, I had replaced the seal on the thing, cause it 'didnt work', but, after I replaced the top seal, it worked like a charm). So now, he has something to lift the 'tongue' of the U-haul up and get it on his truck again.

They invited everyone to thier hotel room today, relatives and friends, so, my family is going, and, Im staying behind. The kids will be swimming in the pool, while the oldsters visit and chat for a good while. Should be a Great Time being held by all

That wound on my foot, still hasnt closed up all the way, and its giving me pain, (so much for airing it out), so my Wife put another bandage on it, and, I will wear it for a few more days. She peroxided it first, to get any germs and bacteria out first, and yes, I still have pain in it today.
I wont go to exercise, as long as I have pain in my heel, because the increase stress with the machines may open it up again, with my luck, sheesh.

OK, 'nuff for this morning.

I wish you well..
