Exercise

OK, I went to my exercise session at the YMCA today.
First, I weighed myself ,and found, I gained two pounds.. OK, so I fluctuate now.. I gain, then lose then gain then lose it over and over until my body decides, its had enough, and loses the two pounds permanently, and decides on the next two pounds to play with
Im at 337 pounds, and, my Wife 'still' keeps on insisting that Im 'doing too much'... UH, if I had been doing that all along, then I would have lost a lot more than I have now!
I practically crawed out of the 'Y' today, I was so exhausted... But, I knew I had done a good workout
My Neighbor, who is now in the Nursing Home, is going to find out that she has Cancer!!!
The Hospital just called my Wife, (She takes care of all thier affairs, and they call her, for what ever they need, because they know that the old Greek Couple, for some reason, cant seem to understand a lot of things, and it baffles me to no end?? The Brother and Sister were born across the River in Weirton, but, they act like they came from Greece!!
And, his Wife, well, it seems like she is afraid to have anything to do with the Government, cause she only has a Green Card, (which she gets renewed when ever its due), and, is afraid that the Government may ship her back to Greece!!
Either way... My Wife is going to the Hospital with my Neighbor, and they are going to tell her, that she has cancer...
They have found ulcerative fistules in her colon, and 'waste' is going into her system, and poisoning her. So, since she is tool old, they wont do chemo, or anything else.
They will do a colostomy bag on her, so she can live a wee bit longer. My Wife has to explain everything to her, and, the only thing she is going to hear back, "I want to go HOME"...
Well, she cant go home. Everything is shut off, and, they are going to sell her house so she can stay in the Nursing Home. Not my Neighbor or the family, who ever is taking care of the 'business' of getting her into the Nursing Home, is going to sell it. So, she cant come home and die at home....
I dont envy what my Wife and Neighbor have to do now...
With that...
