Hilton Head Real Estate co-broke
Yes - your license is good for the entire state. However, it will be difficult to gain access to any of the gated communities on the island without a Hilton Head Association of Realtors card or security decals on your car for each development or "Plantation".
Also, because Hilton Head property listings are generally on electronic lockboxes, you will find it very difficult to access the properties - your Myrtle Beach lockbox key wont work here. You also will not be able to access MLS listings on the computer to find out private information on the listings, how to show the property, etc.
Your best bet is probably to refer your purchaser to a local Hilton Head real estate agent and get a referral fee for sending them.. Let the local agent do all the work and adequately represent your client and you still get paid part of the commission.
Let me know if there is anything I can do to assist you or your buyer and feel free to ask me any questions about the area - I would be glad to help in any way I can. Ryan
