Vacation is....

....over and now it is back to work : )
Vacation was refreshing; I took some time to unplug from technology and unwind. I am now back refreshed, encouraged and recharged.
This vacation was very interesting because I took the time to "UNPLUG"...well, as much as I am able. I did bring the laptop (but, I did not open it), I did have the android (although, I did not use it much; however, I did feel inclined to play a little Angry Birds and Words With Friends to pass the time....ha) and I did let my clients know I was out of town so they could reach me if need be.
I felt a little out of control and wreckless..ha! But two days without cracking the laptop and I was more relaxed than I have been in a long time.
I have made a decision to take regular technology breaks, I think it is a great way to unwind and disconnect.
What do you think? Is it important to disconnect? Are we too connected? Does it matter? Weigh in, would love to hear other opinions...
In the meantime, I am back at it and more relaxed than ever...so, I am going to weigh in on the positive for unplugging!
