Perfect city or town includes for me:
-mall w/ trendy restaurants and also high end stores
-walkable downtown
-a Costco
-organic food markets
-schools with high college acceptance rates
-lots of different job opportunities
-high end car dealerships
-lots of community events
-lots of suburban homes
-mix of ethnicities (Caucasians, Hispanics, Indians, Asians, Filipinos)
-a fancy movie theater
-fancy bowling alley
-The average annual income is $60,000
-great scenery (beach, mountains, etc...)
-low crime rates
-Cool weather
