The Love Of Your Life...Forever Love?

I came upon these words from a film being made.......
Is there a love of our life?
What is a great love?
Do you ever recover from the loss of somebody that was so important to you?
If we put this in the framework of our life
it could mean many things to different people.
I've never told anyone that I loved them, that I don't love today.......
To me it is a forever thing..........
I think there is degrees of love...
I lost a child at birth, my very first child.
I still love that child decades later, and forever........she was my child.
We love our parents long, after they are gone.........they are forever loves too.
We love our family members no longer with us......
We even love those who might not love us any longer.......but thats ok.
I forever love my daughers. I loved them since they were put into my arms years ago.
I am one of these Moms who loves her Son-in-Laws. All different, all unique....and all very special to me.
That they ask me to go on vacations with them..........and ask me to come and stay, and visit, is a blessing to me.
My husband and my family are all I really need as loves in my life.
But, the question.......Do you ever recover from a loss of a loved one?Probably not........Not totally.
Life weaves in and out.........we live the good and the bad.
Its good we have love in our life. Its good that it lingers, even forever.........
It makes me smile to think that everyone I have loved, I still do love...
Love just might be forever....It seems to be for me.
