Been Awhile

Yes, today is a day thats been awhile coming, as its Sunday, a day of rest. Though I keep telling myself, Im a bum every day of the week, what makes this day any different LOL (?)
Today is a foul weather day, drizzly and cold and bone chillin.... Just a day to stay inside and turn up the thermostat, and warm up your bones with a good cup of hot coffee or chocolate.
I was supposed to go to exercise today, but, my Wife wanted me to take my Daughter out driving and since she was in a foul mood anyways, any little thing just set her off and she went ballistic on me, so, no driving!! She has to learn, that the Sun doesnt rise and set upon her, or revolve around her and, until she gets that through her head, she is going to make our life misearable til she graduates...Then, she is on her own, and when she realizes the cold cruel World out there doesnt care whether she lives or dies, maybe she will appreciate 'us' more, the ones who really love her for what she is...
I dont know what it is about Teenage Girls, but they seem to be going ballistic in this Generation!! I have friends whos daughters went nuts, and had to be homeschooled, and we have to make excuses for them and do all sorts of things in order to keep them out of trouble, both with School and the Law! In Ohio, if you miss so many days of School, they can actually lock up the Parents!! Reason why we home schooled her for 2.5 years... But, she is in School now, and seems to be doing great
Its this driving thing thats making me pull my hair out by the grey and balding roots anymore... Wife wont take her out anymore, cause she wont listen to her, and I wont take her out, as long as she has "Attitude"... So, she loses out either way! Someday, she is going to learn, attitude doesnt get you anyplace, except in the corner or in a very lonely place....
I love her, and I wish her well....
