I had a '68 Mustang Fastback and later a '78 Camaro. Loved 'em both but wouldn't own either one now! I also had an '84 Mustang which was the biggest piece of **** I've ever owned. I love the old Mustangs, but nothing past 1970. The newer style of the Mustangs almost reminds me of the '68's but I think I prefer the sleeker look of the Camaros (but I still wouldn't own one now).

Yeah, youll probably fill em with crap, which looks and feels just like driving a Camaro. Im sorry, but Camaros just never had any sense of style. The F bodies that everyone praises look like door wedges. Ick. Mustangs are, hands down, far more appealing to look at in just about every model year since their inception.

I like most all old cars. I like the old Camaros and Mustangs as well..... IF they are all original and not modified to the hilt.

The Camaros posted here (the early ones) would look better if they werent all fancied up. These have been modified.

My dad has a 1969 Camaro he restored. He had alot of 69 Camaros in the 70s.

My grandmother had one identical to this one...

Here are some "original" 1969 models...

At least you guys in the States see these cars, even the older ones, on a semi-regular basis at least. Every time we see an older Camaro or Pony here, we dang near just about need a cigarette!
Like the poster above, I like the older cars too. Gimme a big ol' American V8 any day. Ooops, am I being politically incorrect here??

My vote is with Camaro, although the 5.0 Mustangs of the late 80’s early 90’s were IMO superior. Chevrolet offered the 5.7 litre engine in its IROC’s and Z28’s but only in with automatic transmission! That is crap.
