Lol, yeah im not a fan of red lobster not necessarily because of an experience, I simply don't like seafood. I would have to say my least favorite would be...... that joint on marietta by the Omni "Stats" their food is simply gross.

Joe's Crab Shack....had one bad experience over 7 years ago and because of that I will never ever dine there. I have had several opportunities to dine there but had declined every time.

Shoney's for personal reasons but I honestly can not stand that place. One time I was travelling to Nashville with about 30 family members for a graduation. We stopped close to the NC/TN boarder and they ALL ate at Shoney's but me?? I walked across the street to Subway and ate my subway in Shoney's lol......hate that place as well.

I dont understand such an inquiry. Why the worst, why not the best? What purpose does this serve except to attract the same negative and bitter energy vampires they always do? Well, if that is the case, its already working.

Ha, this is funny, and I have a Red Lobster story from just last week!

Like most people, I know not to eat at Red Lobster. I grew up with parents telling me it was crappy seafood. But my girlfriend, she saw one of the Lobsterfest commercials on TV and demanded that we go to Red Lobster. I haven't been in, I don't know, probably at least 20 years. In fact, I'm not even sure if I've ever been, but I do seem to recall getting the admiral's feast in college where everything is fried, but maybe we just all made fun of it so much that I think I had it when I didn't really.

Anyway, off to Red Lobster we went. There was a 20 minute wait. A 20 minute wait for Red Lobster? Ok. I could tell by the other people waiting that this was not a place frequented by people who know food. It was filled with others who fell for the Lobsterfest advertising campaign.

The decor looks like it hasn't changed much from the 70s or 80s. I mean, it wasn't terrible, but this is obviously mass produced generic dining. There are a bunch of kind of corny seafood and nautical decorations and a wait staff made up of high school kids, not people who know anything about food or service. This is pretty much what I expected, but when we got the menu, I couldn't believe how expensive it was. Maybe Red Lobster has always been expensive, but I always assumed it was a casual dining restaurant like an Olive Garden, Chili's, Friday's, etc. Instead, Red Lobster has Houstons prices, but it's nowhere near as slick of an operation.

Anyway, long story short, the food isn't exactly horrible, but it's pretty generic. I mean, I feel pretty dumb for paying the $22 or whatever it was for a plate of lobster tails and shrimp prepared who knows where, flash frozen, distributed to one of our nation's Red Lobster stores, and then reheated by God knows who in the back. If the meal had been $12, I'd have been like you get what you pay for, but even comparing it to other mass produced food like say the Cheescake Factory, you pay quite a bit more for quality that isn't quite as good.

On principle, though, I do feel pretty bad for the Maine lobster that was killed just to be grilled, flash frozen, then heated to a rubbery mess instead of steamed fresh like he should have been.

Does Waffle House count as "sit down"? I've never liked it, but my wife loves to go there.

IHOP is another one. Bleah.
