For those Asian countries where English is not the main language as in Singapore, Malaysia, India and Phillippines.
Do you think men who can speak good English are great?
I heard they are regarded as well educated people in their countries if their english level is very good.
For your information, Taiwan and Hong Kong have substantial numbers of Western Born Chinese.
I don't feel those Asian men who speak mostly english are great.
I think those who can speak fluent english and asian languages are great.
Examples:
Wang Lee-hom, Wilber Pan, Daniel Wu, Edison Chen, Moses Chan...

I don't know what your point is. These people were born and raised in the US/Canada and of course they speak perfect English. I don't know why that means "they are great". They work in greater China because as an Asian there is close to zero possibility to be a successful singer/actor in the west, so they work in somewhere else. That hardly makes them better than other actors.
Their career is pretty limited in China/Taiwan, where their English proficiency is almost useless. You don't see them playing big Hollywood movies speaking their perfect English, do you?
I still don't know what you mean "they are great". You mean they are better actors? Or more successful? I doubt that.
I think females think those famous men who can speak fluent english and asian languages attractive, as most people in those countries are not good at english. And another important thing about them is they look handsome and have a Asian+Western personality.
On the other hand, females who can speak fluent english and asian languages, look pretty and have a Asian+Western personality are cool but are too smart for an average asian man. Such women also tend to like only asian men of the same type or western men.

Idk where you got your information from but we don't have many Western born Taiwanese. Most of them stay in the West, nobody comes back(why would they anyway?)
Those examples are all talentless celebrities, there are probably a handful of them, and fan girls and boys lust for them because of their looks or bodies, not for their English proficiency.

I think that pretty much any guy of any race nearly anywhere in the world who can speak not only their native language but also another language well, and are intelligent, confident, cultured, and handsome to boot will do well for themselves in the dating world.
Go to a city like SF, LA, NYC, etc and you'll see Asian guys (Chinese, Indian, Japanese, Korean, etc) who fit this description with women of their own and other races.

This describes my girlfriend, though she's still very "traditional" by Western standards.
