Beautiful! How far are those towns from PHX? I see youre in Gilbert, but the pics were taken in Thatcher? Im not familiar with that are, just curious.

Im just wondering how on earth you guys are getting more snow than us?!?!?! I want to take my son sledding, but the one snowfall we had all year I was stuck at work all day. The snow only stuck around for 3 days, and when the weekend came it was just mud. Send some this way, my son is getting mad/bored! LOL

Thatcher and Safford are about 150 miles south east of the Phoenix area. I wish it snowed here.. and not on the outskirts.

Actually, PHX got some flurries. Go to www.wunderground.com, choose AZ from the list. Then click on any city and on the LH side of the page you should see a box titled "wunder photos". It will give you the option to view photos of the city you chose, or AZ as a whole. Click on AZ and you can see the snow pics people submitted throughout the day. There was one of someone's backyard in PHX that showed flurries/sleet coming down.

I live in Indiana, and I love snow. You guys have gotten more at one time than Indiana has all year. We have made records all winter long for high temps are. Mother Nature must really be confused.

It's a moderate El Nino this year! The Midwest and East Coast are warmer than usual, with the West being colder.
