My wife and I will be getting relocated to Twinsburg this summer in July. We are not really familiar with area and would like to find a rental home in a decent neighborhood. No kids (as of yet) but enjoy family life. We are coming from California where all the houses seem to be on top of each other. We would like to know which areas, within 20-25 miles radius from Twinsburg, would be a good place to start looking. Thanks for any information.

From everything I've ever encountered with Twinsburg, it seems like a good family town.

Be prepared for sticker shock - but sticker shock in a good way, if you are coming from CA.

Twinsburg is really considered a suburb\exurb of Cleveland, not Akron.

Probably get better replies in that area.

It's a fine rural-ish feeling community. Plenty of areas around there to choose from.

Twinsburg, Macedonia, Bedford anywhere around there is a pretty decent area.

Grew up there. Rated one of the top suburbs in Ohio. Schools are rated excellent. Solon is also a good option. A lot of snow though (60 inches per year). Definite suburban feel

Hudson and Stow are nice family communities. Hudson is pricey.

My opinion only: Twinsburg is nice, Hudson is a upscale and nice (right next to twinsburg). The best place (IMO) would be Kent. I would suggest getting temp housing for a couple months and checking out the different communities.
