Using $100,000 as the minimum, here is some information about the percentage of black households in select communities. I'll start in Rockland County...
Haverstraw: 32.3%(6.8% of black households make $200k or more)
Hillcrest: 66.9% (40.6% make $200k or more)
Nanuet: 59.3%(25.6% make $200k or more)
Pomona: 94.4%(43.5% make $200k or more)
South Nyack: 27.4%(8.7% make $200k or more)
West Haverstraw: 37.4%(13.4% make $200k or more)

All are at least 10% black, with Hillcrest coming in at 38.6%(black alone) with the highest percentage(was 55.8% in 2010).
On a side note, Nyack came in at 7%(all in the $100-124,999 range) and Spring Valley at 14.4%(2.4% make $200k or more). Both are a couple of the municipalities with higher black percentages in the county coming in at 21.1% and 29.8%, respectively. Income source:

Ossining(village): 28.9%(8.8%)
Peekskill: 31.6%(6.2%)
White Plains: 28.9%(6.2%)
Yonkers: 28.6%(6.7%)
