All are at least 10% black, with Hillcrest coming in at 38.6%(black alone) with the highest percentage(was 55.8% in 2010).

On a side note, Nyack came in at 7%(all in the $100-124,999 range) and Spring Valley at 14.4%(2.4% make $200k or more). If I think of others in the county and others, I'll add them later.

Here are some places in Westchester County that are at least 10% black and using the income criteria above.

Elmsford: 62.5%(15.4% make $200k or more)

Fairview(cdp): 21.9%(5.5%)

Mount Vernon: 23.5%(6.6%) (has highest black percentage at 62.4%)

New Rochelle: 30.2%(12%)

Ossining(village): 28.9%(8.8%)

Peekskill: 31.6%(6.2%)

White Plains: 28.9%(6.2%)

Yonkers: 28.6%(6.7%)

Here are some places in Nassau County that fit the previous criteria(at least 10% black and said households making at least $100k or more)...

Baldwin: 69.8% (27.5% of its black households make $200k or more)

Elmont: 63% (20%)

Freeport: 47.8% (11.5%)

Hempstead(village): 35.4% (7.2%)

Inwood: 37.6% (21.8%, biggest group of black households in plurality)

Lakeview: 67.7% (26.7%)

New Cassel: 50% (25.4%)

North Valley Stream: 66% (21.3%)

Roosevelt: 50.2% (16.7%)

South Hempstead: 41.8% (36.8%)

South Valley Stream: 77.9% (32.4%)

Uniondale: 45.6% (12.6%)

Valley Stream: 55.5% (15.6%)

Westbury: 71.7% (34.9%)

West Hempstead: 70.9% (28.7%)
