Here's a photo showing the issue with the flyover ramp where I-565 eastbound drivers exit off to go to County Line Road and Madison Blvd. I believe they call these support columns hammer heads because of their resemblance to a Hammerhead shark. You can clearly see that these are aligned with the bridge rather than the road lanes and would pose an issue if the road was widened to either side. As I said earlier, there doesn't appear to be a solution to this problem short of rebuilding the flyover.
