He graduated HS in 1992. Joined the army to boot camp in Missouri (I think) then basic training at Aberdeen. He then said he went to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia to restore tanks. He always talks about in basic training how he lead cadence marches and how in Riyadh the training went through like he was put in a chamber when you can’t breath. Then when he came back in 1993 he switched to the National Guard until 1998. I know he was in the National Guard because I met people who were in it with him. His sister and cousin told me he went AWOL though after basic training and never went to Riyadh. I don’t know how you can go AWOL and not have a criminal record and still be in the National Guard after. They said his dad got him off the hook when he went AWOL but didn’t elaborate. I never asked him.
