When I see it seeing that we are talking about chapter 18 of a grand franchise replay fits into the bigger story. In that case the latter two captain America films were like hubs which set the fictional universe around. So of course they would be watched over again. It is in the future when and if Wakanda replaces New York as the hub city of future MCU adventures that would determine the how it is watched as future movies are released. Not in this immediate period where you might go out to the movies the next weekend and skip Annihilation or Red Sparrow.
