Very interesting dilemma you have. If she is an adult (I don't know your ages) in her 20's or older, it is most likely that she is ready for sex, seeing that she is spending a 3-day weekend with you. You don't need to wonder if she's open to that, especially if you are going to be sharing a bed. If she is willing to do that, then she's probably ok with it.
However, it doesn't seem like you two have addressed the issue formally. In my opinion you should be upfront about it and bring up the elephant in the room. You'll probably find that she will be very relieved to have the conversation. You might find that she is quite alright with waiting, or you might find that you shouldn't worry about "taking advantage" of her.
In either case, you should talk to her about it. I can guarantee that she's been thinking about it, too.
