Really? REALLY? I've already said all of that.
313...I cannot get unemployment because I have another job. (It's very intermittent, government work. Not part time, not full time.)
Apparently this state says that if you have a job, regardless of how few hours or assignments you may get, it means you are employed and you get no unemployment. I've been down this road before, I asked them months and months ago. If you work at all, you get NOTHING. There is no "underemployment" benefits. You are either completely jobless or you get nothing. Isn't this fun!
Further, while people think of the here and now with money, what about the future? Who wants a termination on their record? I sure don't. I'd rather resign. I was already told that they would say I worked there x date to x date and resigned. That's all they say.
