Culture and Food

Both cities boast a rich cultural and food scene. Baltimore is celebrated for its historic Inner Harbor, world-class museums, and literary legacy. Baltimore’s cuisine represents its coastal location, with crab cakes and oysters as common favorites. Jacksonville, hosting large festivals, music shows, and art walks, also offers a food scene that leans strongly toward seafood due to its coastal location.

Sports Teams

NFL fans will feel at home in either city, with Jacksonville hosting the Jaguars, and Baltimore home to the Ravens. Baltimore also has a Major League Baseball team, the Orioles, but Jacksonville does not have a major league sports team besides football.
