No chlorine detected in dishwashing machine rinse again this date. Adjust/repair so that rinse water has 50 to 200 p.p.m. chlorine concentration.
Meanwhile, dip washed dishes and utensils in a clean water rinse (such as a bus tub) with a 50-200 p.p.m. chlorine concentration.
Note: 1 teaspoon of bleach in 1 gallon of water yields a chlorine concentration of 50-100 p.p.m.
REQUIRED CORRECTION: CORRECT IMMEDIATELY. Provide and maintain an approved chlorine chemical sanitizer solution that has a minimum concentration of 50 ppm at 75°F (24°C) for water with a pH of 8 or less, or 100°F (38°C) for water with a pH of 10 or less, or as allowed in rule.
