  • Buchtel has one of the most interesting Under ground water systems i know I of in that region. As a kid as many of of did this was and still is a great place to cool off.The watering trough has been running thru pipes since the 1930's.Old timers all say the water has been running for years with no interuption and the water is pure. This water could supply all of Buchtel it has helped numerous people whom have wells and they have went dry from the summer,as many people fill there jug's there. This place is great and the water even better.Buchtel could bottle this and it would sell better than any water on the market today. This is something to see and taste ever so cold and clear and truly refrshing.
