Utilities in Clayton NC (archer lodge area)

Water expensive ? I know we have a septic and we are on county water which I think is a well.
Coming from Florida house is 3000sq feet average electric bill is around 250 ( higher in the summer ) and the water is around 150...

A Strange Omission At The Frisco Community Parade

Frisco, Texas, has many traditions. One that still stands the test of time and getting better is the annual Frisco Community Parade, which they usually do around this time of year every year in Old Town Frisco. I was there this morning.

Each time out, they usually have about 100 entries, including civic groups, school groups, veterans, first responders, and many of the city's greatest who make the parade a success. The city's police even set up metal fence...

Maybe it's a new job, a change of scenery, the pull of family, or retirement - whatever the reason, the Denver Metro Area is on your radar. If it weren't, you wouldn't be here right now (either that or you're really bored).

If you've never been to Denver at all, I hope these musings will give you some insight into what the area is like.

First and Foremost
Forget those TV shots of people skiing that you commonly see during NFL games. Denver isn't in the mountains....
