Hi,
Not sure if you have kids but any information on some zip codes to look at for home buying?

A new empty nester, I am on the brink of what could be a new life. 18 yrs of hard parenting has finally paid off, and my only child has entered into the United States Air Force. It's unlikely he'll return home, but I am still keeping tabs on him so that he doesn't screw up this amazing opportunity to have a REALLY GOOD life. We both struggled so much ever since he was born.

I've always been in love with some kind of man, always wanted to be married and have more kids.. but nonetheless.......

Thank you for that! I think I’m going to head down and check it out. It’s hard to start over when you’re older and alone but I guess I just have to be brave.
Thanks again!
