I think this is all very sad. I understand older people don't want to be alone, but I also think they would not want to knowingly infect others with this miserable disease. And not all old people are waiting to die. No matter how old some people are, some do too still want to live.

I live in Cherry Hill New Jersey. I currently have a concrete patio that is severely cracked. I am having trouble finding answers on this. If I were to place a free standing deck directly on the concrete with decking on top, would I need a permit?
